• What a lot of folks have done is used flexible rubber tubing and slipped it over the hooks of the # PK-6 trimmer racks to prevent the metal on metal contact. The smaller hooks (see photo) are about 5/8 in diameter. Find some clear plastic tubing with a 5/8 inside diameter and slip it over the hook.
